Bill Lee has been in land planning economics and economic development consulting since 1970. During over four decades of practice, he has specialized in the confluence of transportation and land use economics, as well as downtown and retail development strategies. Bill was the Managing Principal of Economics Research Associates' (ERA) San Francisco office for over 15 years. ERA was the largest and most experienced land economics consulting firm in the United States at the time of its acquisition by AECOM. Bill then served as an Executive Vice President of the economics practice at AECOM.

Tanya Chiranakhon has a broad base of experience built over 10 years of practice spanning architecture, urban planning and design, and land development economics. Tanya provides clients with research and analysis for economic and real estate development projects across the US and Asia. Her expertise includes market assessments, development programming, feasibility analysis, and economic and fiscal impact analysis. Tanya was previously a Senior Associate at the economics practice at AECOM, an Associate at ERA, and before that worked at HOK in San Francisco and Hong Kong.
